Student Accounts
As a music student at any age in the McFarland School District, students can start participating in fundraising opportunities to earn money for their future expenses as part of the music program.
For example, families that purchase gift cards through the RaiseRight program will accumulate money in their student's account. Some families use this to pay for solo and ensemble fees for an accompanist; others save up over time to help pay for a music department trip.
You can verify the balance in your student's account on Infinite Campus. Look at the bottom of the left-hand column in Infinite Campus. Click on “More” and then look for Quick Links. Not all students have participated in fundraisers that fund student accounts.
Funds must be used while student is an active student of McFarland School District. Upon graduating, funds can be transferred to an immediate family member by request through the Student Account Request Form. Unused or non-transferred funds become general Boosters' funds if a student moves, graduates or leaves the McFarland music program.
To request funds, complete the Student Account Request Form. Note that parents/guardians do not directly receive the funds. Funds are payable to the entity providing the activity (i.e., Ward Brodt, Bob Rogers Travel, McFarland High School, IMMS, etc). You designate this on the form.
